Getting started with CDP is simple. Once you've established an area in which you feel your program can have a significant positive impact locally, nationally, or even globally you may take a look at our application. This and other forms are located under our "Applications & Forms" link above.

We simply request that you carefully read through the legal note and ask us questions regarding anything you don't fully understand.

• The first thing you will need to establish is your objective. What is it you intend to achieve through establishing an Operating Program?

• What is the geographical location of where you propose to achieve this work. Set short-term goals for the Program which should be easy to accomplish. Also set long-term goals which may require further planning and dedication.

• How will you accomplish these goals? What methods will you use? Are there individuals in the area already working towards similar goals? How can you use some of their ideas? How can you improve on them?

• What type of resources will you need in order to meet your above criteria? Have you established what type of budget you'll need in order to get moving? Have you envisioned what it would take to exceed your own expectations?

• How will you obtain your resources? This is likely the most important aspect to consider. You'll need to keep the fire burning by remaining consistent in your efforts.

Program Expenses Include :

1. The Application Fee: $285.
2. Transaction Fee: 3.5% one time on each incoming donation. Example: A local drugstore decides to donate $1000 to your Program. You will mail the check to us accompanied by a Donation Deposit Form which we will then allocate specifically to your Program account minus the 3.5% = $965 of operating funds!.

There are other fees occasionally associated with Programs that utilize additional services such as:

• Life Insurance
• Payroll (not consulting checks)
• FedEx Fees (mailing etc.)
• Investments
• Banking Service Fees (stop payments, wire fees, etc.)
• Research
